A few months ago, rumors about a low-cost HP notebook were rife. After a leak and much speculation, HP finally officially unveiled its new mini-notebook PC for
the education sector. The HP 2133 Mini-Note PC is specifically designed for students both for classroom and out-school learning. It features a 8.9-inch
diagonal WXGA scratch-resistant display and a QWERTY keyboard, an anodized aluminum shell for durability, Wi-Fi Certified WLAN, integrated VGA webcam, HP 3D
DriveGuard for instant shutdown upon sudden movement, and HP DuraKeys which ensure that the keyboard letters don't fade up through time. The new HP 2133
Mini-Note PC will be available later this month for $499. Another pic after the jump.
